Merry Christmas/Happy New Year!

HEY HEY  Everyone! What’s going on???  Well, it’s taken a while to write this, but it will be a GOOD one! 🙂  Well at least I think so! 🙂 LOL!

So. We had to wait until New Years Day to do our Family Christmas.  My brother in law had to work, my sister got sick, my niece was sick, and my Aunt & Uncle couldn’t come in. Christmas Day a few of us went out to my Grandpa’s house for Christmas lunch.. That morning I did Jude’s Santa stuff. He got a lot of stuff, and had fun opening his stocking and presents! He got a lot of Dinosaur stuff, playdough, fun stuff like that!

New Years Day we ran errands and finished things up and then headed out to my Grandpa’s house!  FINALLY! 🙂  We ate a big lunch and then hung out all afternoon talking, playing games, whatever.  My brother in law ended up having to work until 7 that night, so once he got there we ate finger foods and sandwiches for dinner, and then the fun began! 🙂  Our traditions for Christmas is my Grandpa starts out by reading the Christmas story from Luke 2….

Then we stand in a circle and hold hands and pray.. After that, the kiddos pass out Christmas presents!!!!! WOOT WOOT WOOT!!

It was GREAT!  Jude got some AMAZING Stuff!!! he got games, a dino shirt, some learning stuff, money, a remote control T REX, a Buzz lightyear.. He REALLY RACKED up this year! 🙂  I love watching him have so much fun!!!!

I got money, gift cards, and THE LITTLE MERMAID ON DVD! 🙂 WOOT WOOT! I SO love that movie and I’ve wanted it forever! LOL!

With my money and gift cards, first things first… I went to ULTA ( I had a gift card) I bought Urban Decay NAKED 2 palette… OH MY GOSH!!!!! EEEEEEEEK!  I’ve been wanting to get one of these for awhile.  I stood in Ulta staring at all three of them for about 30 minutes. LOL! I finally chose 2… But now I am DYING to get the other two! LOL!!!  I have used it EVERY SINGLE DAY since I bought it!

I also bought Benefit They’re Real mascara.. WOWZERS!  I’ve had so many compliments on my lashes lately! 🙂

 

It’s way more expensive than what I’d normally spend, but I was just DYING to try it, so I splurged! EEEEEK! 🙂 I don’t know if I can use Drug Store Mascara ever again! HAHAHAHA!

Another AWESOME find this past week is This….  MAYBELLINE BABY LIPS… Man o Man! I’ve read about this product on TONS of make up blogs.. Have had several people tell him they’re awesome, I just always forget to grab one.. So this week I grabbed GRAPE VINE. AMAZING! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it! Just gives a little hint of color and is SUPER moisturizing! I LOVE it! I’ll definitely be buying more of this!!!!!!  If you haven’t grabbed one, DO IT! You’ll thank me, I promise! 🙂

 

So, I’d say it’s been a pretty productive make up shopping couple of weeks. LOL! 🙂 I’d so much rather buy make up and perfume, than clothes and shoes. I.HATE.IT! Seriously! AUGH! Oh well! FANTASTIC!

Hey everyone!!!  How are y’all doing?!   I am doing great! I am watching the SEX AND THE CITY Movie.. The first one.  This one ALWAYS makes me cry! I just LOVE it so much! I am seriously sitting here, bawling like a baby on the part where Bigg doesn’t show to the wedding and then he passes them on the street.. It’s HEARTBREAKING! AUGH!   Have you guys seen it!?  It definitely has some inappropriate parts in it.. You just have to fast forward.. LOL!

Anyways….  I have to tell y’all…  My Scentsy business is R O C K I N’! WOOOOO HOOOOOO!! I just signed my fourth team member this week.. and she’s already collecting BIG orders! I am doing GREAT with my own sales, PLUS one of my other team members is already active and then some… EEEEEEEEEEEK! I JUST MIGHT PROMOTE THIS MONTH!!!!! Oh I SO hope so! Butterflies, Dinosaurs, Teeth, and more! :)

HEY HEY EVERYONE!! What’s going on???  I am watching Friends, but I REALLY need to go to bed! I am SO tired!!!!! Today has been SUCH A wonderful day!! Jude and I had a Mommy/Son date day and it was AWESOME!!!!! 🙂 We have a big family, and we usually are ALL together on the weekends… This weekend though, I decided it was just me and Jude. I had two events I was choosing between..  The Air Show in Slaton or the Butterfly Exhibit at the Science Spectrum. I ended up choosing the Science Spectrum… It got up to 91 today, so I decided I didn’t want to sit outside for hours. LOL! So, Jude and I first went to get our car washed, then delivered Scentsy to my hair stylist, THEN made it to the Science Spectrum!  We ended up buying a year membership for 6 of us, and so we got into the Butterfly exhibit for only $3! Boom! 🙂  Jude was SO excited!!! He LOVES butterflies! 🙂  You go into a green house and they just fly all around! THere’s trees and plants and they fly everywhere, land on the floor, or sometimes ON PEOPLE! 🙂  Jude dodged and giggled every time they came near him. HAHA! 🙂

They were CRAZY HUGE!!!!!!!!!!!  If one of those would have landed on me, I would have screamed! LOL! There were actually some older ladies who let out little yelps when they came near them! LOL!! 🙂

Anyways… We stayed in the Butterfly Exhibit for forever!!!! We finally got to go out and check out the museum part! 🙂  It was AWESOME!!!!!!!

I LOVE this… It’s our shadow! 🙂  We were dancing in front of the wall and the strobe light flashed and it cast our shadow up on the wall! 🙂  How fun is that?!?!!?

Jude kept wanting to look at the dinosaur and was telling me how BIG it is! It made a roaring sound every few seconds.. I pretended to be scared at one pot and this little girl who was probably 5 or 6 years old, came up to me and told me he wasn’t real, he was just pretend. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! 🙂  So cute!

After the Science Spectrum, we went and grabbed lunch and went home so Jude could nap.  After he woke up we went to the Mall! 🙂 I got some new shoes!! WOOT WOOT!!! I got some black and hot pink NEW BALANCE tennis shoes! WOOT WOOT! 🙂 I love them! 🙂  We left that store and headed for SEARS! THE ONLY REASON WE WENT THERE WAS SO JUDE COULD PLAY WITH THE LAWN MOWERS! HAHAHAHAHA! 🙂

After the Mall, we went to SMYER to watch my nephew play basketball… It was a dud, unfortunately!

Tomorrow will be church, lunch with the family, then who knows! I need to get a pair of jeans, so we may go shopping again!!!!

Busy, Busy, Busy!

HEY EVERYONE!!!! What’s going on???   Not a whole lot going on here.. .I am laying in bed watching The Bachelor. It’s ridiculous! Tiara is the most ridiculous person EVER!!!! Who else agrees?  I am REALLY hoping she goes home tonight.. I guess we’ll see……….

What’s going on out there???? Anything interesting? I have been working like CRAZY!  We are getting BUSY, BUSY, BUSY!!!!! I am LOVING it!

Scentsy is going GREAT!!!!!!!! I have already got two customers from Craigslist ads… I have two girls interested in joining my team… And AWESOME customers shopping! On top of all that, I already had one party this month, I have another possible online party, a salon party at the end of the month, and a party the first of March! EEEEEEK!! 🙂 The Lord is blessing me, that’s for sure!  When Jude and I pray at night, we pray for family and friends and work, and my Scentsy. 🙂 Must be doing something right, huh???? 🙂 Y’all should DEFINITELY order Scentsy from me… Or Host a party… Or J O I N! 🙂

 

 

 

 

This weekend I took Defensive Driving with one of my OLDEST, DEAREST friends!!!!!!!! We took this exact same class about 10 years or so ago…. At Home Plate Diner.. We had the same instructor as last time.. It was quite entertaining. We made it even more fun.  We probably talked to each other more than listened.. Oooopsie! BUT we both made a 100 on our test, so we’re good! LOL! 🙂

Today I forgot to put on mascara! AUGH! What in the world?  LOL! I am a mascara FREAK! I don’t know what in the world I was thinking! Well, I was out all day, so I just grabbed some from CVS…. I bought a new one… Maybelline Rocket Volume Mascara!  I only used it once, so we’ll see how I like it.. I usually like th ereal bristle brush… This one is the rubber/plastic brush, so we’ll see….. Have you tried this one?

 

 

So…. I completed my 30 days of Christian music Challenge from K-LOVE radio!! YEAH! And… I’m still going! 🙂  I’ve still just been listening to Christian music… I just love it! There are so many great, uplifting songs! I can’t get enough!!  Did you do the challenge??? Did you didn’t, you can start now! It’s never too late! 🙂 I LOVE Casting Crowns.. They’ve become one of my FAVORITE bands…… I LOVE their song, “Jesus Friend Of Sinners”….  This is a great song, with an AMAZING message… Listen to it!

I’m A Star! :)

Hey Hey guys! What’s going on?  It’s Saturday! I L-O-V-E Saturdays! 🙂 This morning we hung out around the house for awhile, then we all went to the Mall. We ate lunch, walked around and now we’re home, Jude is napping, and I am watching THE SANTA CLAUSE! It took probably 20 minutes JUST to get out of freaking parking lot! I HATE the Mall at Christmas time! BLECH!

This was always my nephews FAVORITE part of The Santa Clause…. :0) HAHAHA! We ALL love it!

Yesterday was a GREAT day! Work was just busy enough, went home for lunch to see Jude, but they’d all gone to Meadow to watch my nephew in a basketball tournament, so I was home alone…. ALONE! For one glorious hour! OH.MY.WORD! That NEVER EVER EVER Happens anymore! So, what did I do? I took a HOT, LONG Bath, read a book, listened to music, and crunched on some ice. WOW! Was that nice! LOL! Before Jude, I used to work until 5, come home and immediately take at least an hour long bath, then do whatever I wanted the rest of the night.  Now, I usually take a super fast shower in the morning, or a shower at night after Jude goes to sleep.  I RARELY take baths.  I’ve maybe taken 5 baths since having Jude! It was perfect! Nice and relaxing! Exactly what I needed yesterday!! I went back to work, then after work I got my eyebrows waxed! Let me tell you, I probably got 5lbs of eyebrows waxed!!! LOL!! I go to the same lady every time.. She’s very blunt.. No tact whatsoever. I hadn’t been in a VERY, VERY long time. All she could say over and over again was “Your eyebrows too long! I trim!” So I was like “Yeah, I know”.. Then she said it again… And again. I just wanted to yell “JUST WAX THEM!” LOL! 🙂 She does SUCH a great job though, I really can’t complain! I took a pic in the car before, and after.. Here ya go. LOL!! 🙂

My make up came off,  of course. EEEEK! LOL! But wow! What a difference! I never take time to have them waxed, but I always LOVE it when I do! Make up just looks a thousand times better! I am not wearing make up right now, but will do it later and post a pic. 🙂 I am sure y’all are DYING to see that, right?

Anyways.

Tomorrow the kids at church are doing their Christmas play! I am so excited! My niece has a pretty big part in it! 🙂 And my old boss and friend is even in it. LOL!!!!! I’ve heard it’s a good one!!!! I can’t wait! 🙂 Then NEXT Sunday the adult choir is doing their Christmas program!!!! I LOVE CHRISTMAS TIME! The plays, the music… It’s so great! And Christmas PARTIES! 🙂 My office wasn’t going to do one, but we are now….. I am excited! I LOVE Christmas Parties! 🙂 And our office ones are ALWAYS a blast!

Okay, I am back. LOL! I went to the church. Tonight was the last night for the Drive Thru and I decided to go up there so Jude could run out some energy. 🙂 He is crazy! We got a basketball out and he’d shoot some, then give it to me. He’s hilarious! He’d give it to me to shoot and he’d sit there and clap every time I shot it.. Whether I made it or not.  Surprisingly, I made a TON of them. LOL! I’m not a very coordinated person. I don’t play sports, or dance or anything like that. But MAN! I was shooting like a star tonight! HA! I’d look around to see who all saw my AWESOME skillz. 🙂 LOL!!!!!  I sorta looked like this……..

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Okay, Maybe not.. But still! 🙂

I am hoping tomorrow to get to Once Upon A Child.. I have BUCKETS of boys clothes I need to get OUT OF HERE! They are just taking up a TON of space!!!! Do you know someone who could use some boys clothes? MAke an offer! I need them gone! They’re anywhere from 0-18 months.. All seasons.. And GREAT shape! My Mom is the QUEEN of  getting stains out, so we don’t really have stained clothes! 🙂  All thanks to SHAKLEE products! They’re the bomb! And my Mom is a distributor!
